Do I have to style it every day?

Can I retail Maven Mane wigs and extensions in my salon?

Yes — you can absolutely retail Maven Mane.

We created the Maven Retail Program specifically for stylists who want to offer in-salon inventory, increase revenue per client, and have immediate solutions available on their shelves.

With retail, you purchase products at stylist pricing and set your own markup in alignment with our MAP/MARP guidelines. This allows you to run a fully stocked, high-ticket retail experience directly inside your salon.

Do I need a salon license to join the Retail Program?

Yes — the Retail Program is exclusively for licensed stylists, salon owners, or working beauty professionals.

Do you accept insurance?

At Maven Mane, we understand that hair loss often comes with unexpected costs. While coverage decisions are made solely by your insurance provider, we’re happy to submit insurance claims on your behalf to help you seek reimbursement. Please note that we cannot guarantee approval, and all purchases are considered final sale regardless of insurance outcomes.

Do you offer warranties?

Yes! Every Maven Mane wig comes with a 14-day limited warranty for manufacturer defects. Beyond that, we offer our MavenCare Protection Plans, extended coverage designed to protect your investment for added peace of mind.

MavenCare plans are optional add-ons at checkout and provide additional coverage not included in the standard warranty.

Can I cancel an order after I purchase?

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Due to the custom nature of our products, all orders are locked into production and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or altered after 24 hours of your purchase.
