MAVEN RETAIL PARTNER GUIDELINES
These Retail Partner Guidelines outline the standards, pricing policies, and resale permissions for Brand Partners who choose to purchase and resell Maven products as Retail Stock. These guidelines are designed to protect Maven’s luxury brand positioning, support stylist profitability, and ensure a consistent, elevated client experience across all Maven retail environments.
Retail Stock privileges are included within the Maven Brand Partner Program and are optional.
1. Purpose of the Retail Program
The Maven Retail Program exists to empower stylists with the opportunity to expand their earnings, elevate the client experience for women navigating hair loss, and introduce luxury wig solutions directly inside the salon environment.
These guidelines ensure that all Retail Partners uphold the quality, standards, and brand integrity that clients associate with Maven.
2. Eligibility & Access
- Retail Stock privileges are available to all active Maven Brand Partners in good standing.
- No minimum stock purchase is required to participate.
- Retail Stock may be used for in-salon resale, marketing, client consultations, or demo/try-on purposes.
Note: Participation in the Retail Program is optional and not required to maintain Brand Partner status.
3. Retail Stock Purchasing Rules
Retail Stock is defined as Maven products purchased by a Brand Partner at partner pricing for the purpose of in-salon display, marketing, or resale.
The following rules apply:
- Retail Stock must be purchased using the partner pricing pathway, not via affiliate link.
- Retail Stock is not eligible for commission.
- Retail Stock may not be submitted as a custom client order.
- Retail Stock must remain in its original Maven packaging, with tags attached, until the point of client purchase.
First Stock Wig Incentive
To support your initial retail setup, Maven offers a one-time 25% discount on your first Retail Stock wig.
- Valid for one wig only
- Must be used for retail, marketing, or demo purposes
- Not eligible for commission
- Cannot be combined with other offers or applied to custom orders
4. Retail Pricing Standards (MARP, Suggested, MAP)
To protect Maven’s luxury value and ensure fair pricing across all retail locations, the following standards apply:
Minimum Allowed Retail Price (MARP):
You may not sell a Maven wig below the retail price listed on the official Maven website.
Suggested Retail Price:
Maven provides a suggested retail price to support consistency and stylist profitability.
Maximum Allowed Retail Price (MAP):
You may not sell above the maximum allowed resale price listed below.
Approved Pricing Per Length:
(These numbers reflect the minimum, suggested, and maximum allowed resale price for each length.)

Promotions & Bundling:
You may run value-add promotions (example: complimentary install or styling) as long as:
- The wig price never drops below the Minimum (MARP)
- Promotions do not disguise a discounted wig price
- Bundles may not reduce the wig price below MARP or exceed MAP
5. Resale Restrictions & Sales Channels
To maintain brand integrity, Retail Stock may only be resold through the following channel:

The following are prohibited:
- Online resale of any kind (websites, social shops, e-commerce, or third-party platforms)
- Rebranding, white labeling, or removal/alteration of Maven branding
- Resale through assistants, third parties, unlicensed individuals, or outside salons without approval
6. Display & Brand Integrity Standards
Maven products represent a luxury brand experience. To maintain client trust and brand value, the following presentation standards apply:
- Maven products must be displayed with Maven tags and packaging intact.
- Display areas must be clean, professional, and aligned with a luxury salon experience.
- Wigs may be tried on in-salon but must remain hygienically maintained to preserve integrity and value.
7. Client Experience Standards
Brand Partners play a key role in shaping a client’s first experience with hair loss solutions.
Partners agree to:
- Provide accurate product education based on Maven training and materials
- Avoid medical or therapeutic claims regarding wigs or hair loss
- Maintain a respectful, confidential, and client-centered environment
8. Warranty & Returns (MavenCare 14-Day)
All Maven wigs purchased as Retail Stock include the standard MavenCare 14-Day Warranty.
A wig is eligible for assessment only if:
- Lace has not been cut
- Wig has not been altered, colored, or installed
- Wig is in original condition
Either the salon or client may contact Maven to initiate a warranty review.
Retail Stock purchases are considered final once the lace is cut or alterations begin.
9. Violations & Corrective Action
Maven maintains these guidelines to support fairness, protect clients, and preserve brand value.
Violations may result in:
- Below MARP pricing: Written notice + 48 hours to correct
- Above MAP pricing: Immediate strike
- Repeated or severe violations: Suspension or removal of Retail Stock privileges or Brand Partner status
A three-strike system may be applied unless immediate removal is warranted.
10. Updates to Retail Guidelines
Maven may update Retail Stock pricing, program benefits, or guidelines with reasonable notice. Updates will apply prospectively.
