If a flaw in workmanship is found, we will repair or replace your piece at no cost to you.

This guarantee covers:

• Issues with lace tearing or fraying at the seam upon arrival (not caused by handling or cutting)
• Visible holes or gaps in lace unrelated to wear or alteration
• Wefts detaching from the base due to improper sewing or adhesive application
• Loose or uneven knotting that causes shedding beyond normal expectations
• Uneven or faulty ventilation that creates visible bald spots
• Clips, combs, or bands detaching or breaking due to poor installation
• Fastening mechanisms failing to function as intended upon arrival

This guarantee does not cover:

• Damage from improper washing, coloring, or heat styling beyond manufacturer guidelines
• Alterations or customizations made after delivery
• Shedding, tangling, or fading consistent with normal wear and tear
• Decision to change the style, length, or color originally chosen (this may result in paying for return shipping and applicable restocking fees)
• Accidental damage, loss, or theft
