BRAND PARTNER MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
Purpose
This Brand Partner Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Faith Ventures, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, doing business as Maven Mane & Co.® (“Maven Mane,” “Maven,” or the “Company”), and the Brand Partner (“Member”).
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Larimer, Colorado, and the parties hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
Maven Mane & Co. is a premium hair company specializing in wigs and related accessories. The Company engages Brand Partners (“Members”) to promote, market, and sell its products under a membership-based wholesale partner model.
For purposes of this Agreement, “Maven Mane & Co.”, “Maven Mane,” and “Maven” are used interchangeably and collectively refer to the same company. All terms, obligations, policies, and references to the Company apply equally to Maven Mane & Co. regardless of which name variation is used throughout this Agreement.
Governing Documents & Policy Authority
In the event of any conflict between this Agreement, Maven Mane’s Refund Policy, Workmanship Guarantee, Wig University materials, or other published policies, the following order of precedence shall apply:

Incorporation by Reference
The Retail Partner Guidelines, Refund Policy, Workmanship Guarantee, Shipping Policy, Wig University materials, and other published Maven Mane policies are hereby incorporated by reference and are binding on all Brand Partners.
Failure to comply with any incorporated policy constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or termination of Brand Partner privileges.
Policy Updates
Maven Mane reserves the right to update its policies, procedures, and standards from time to time. Brand Partner will be notified of material changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated policies.

About Maven Mane & Co.
Maven Mane & Co. is a luxury hair company offering premium wigs, extensions, toppers, etc. to stylists and clients across the US. As a Brand Partner, you won’t just install wigs or refer products, you’ll change lives. We serve clients navigating hair loss, medical trauma, or radical reinvention, and we partner with stylists ready to step beyond the chair into purpose-driven leadership.

Membership Relationship
Position: Maven Mane & Co. Brand Partner Agreement (Beyond The Chair™ Membership Program)
Location: Remote + In-Salon Implementation
Commitment: Part-Time | Retail-Based | Impact-Driven
The Beyond The Chair™ Program is the official stylist membership program directly affiliated with Maven Mane & Co. and is hosted through the Skool platform, which serves as the home base for all program materials, trainings, calls, and community support.
Brand Partner is an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or franchisee of Maven Mane & Co.
Brand Partners are responsible for their own business activities, taxes, licenses, and obligations.
This Agreement does not create an employment, franchise, or agency relationship.
Brand Partner Duties
Members agree to:
- Market and promote Maven Mane & Co. products with honesty and integrity.
- Follow Company guidelines regarding pricing, promotions, and messaging.
- Avoid false or misleading claims about products or earnings potential.
- Use only approved marketing materials.
- Represent Maven Mane & Co. with professionalism online and offline.
- Uphold Maven Mane & Co. brand values, tone, and mission.
Customer Order Policies
Brand Partner acknowledges and agrees that all Maven Mane product orders are governed by Maven Mane’s Refund Policy and the 14-Day Workmanship Guarantee, each of which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. Brand Partner agrees to comply with those policies as they apply to client orders, including but not limited to escalation and review processes before discussing potential outcomes with clients.
Accuracy of Client Information
Brand Partner is solely responsible for the accuracy of all client information submitted to Maven Mane, including but not limited to measurements, color selections, density preferences, timelines, and customization requests. Maven Mane shall not be responsible for outcomes impacted by inaccurate, incomplete, or misrepresented information provided by Brand Partner or client.
Client Conduct & Boundaries
Maven Mane is not responsible for mediating disputes between Brand Partner and their client that do not involve verified product workmanship. Any abusive, coercive, or inappropriate conduct by a client or Brand Partner toward Maven staff may result in suspension of support, delayed processing, or termination of Brand Partner privileges.
Documentation Requirements
Brand Partner agrees that all concerns submitted for review must comply with Maven Mane’s documentation requirements, including timelines, condition of the unit, and submission of requested materials. Failure to provide required documentation may result in denial of review or resolution.
Wig University Certification Requirement
Wig University constitutes the official certification and educational program for Maven Mane & Co.® Brand Partners. Completion of all required Wig University modules is a mandatory condition precedent to receiving Brand Partner Certification, eligibility to execute this Agreement, and authorization to place wig orders with Maven Mane & Co.®.
Certification is issued only upon verification by Maven Mane & Co.® that all required educational materials, acknowledgments, and disclosures have been completed. Completion of course materials alone does not automatically confer certification or ordering privileges.
Maven Mane & Co.® reserves the right to update, modify, or expand certification requirements, educational content, or completion standards at any time as part of ongoing quality, operational, or industry-aligned improvements.
Scope & Limitations of Certification
Brand Partner Certification confirms that the Brand Partner has completed required educational modules and acknowledged Maven Mane & Co.® standards regarding medical-grade wig systems, construction, customization, ordering processes, and professional expectations.
Certification does not constitute a state, federal, or medical license, does not replace required cosmetology licensure, and does not guarantee client outcomes, business success, or financial results. Certification does not represent mastery, specialization, or endorsement beyond educational completion and compliance with Maven Mane & Co.® standards.
Certification Status & Active Membership
Brand Partner Certification remains active only while the Brand Partner maintains an active membership in good standing with Maven Mane & Co.® and remains compliant with all program requirements, educational updates, and professional standards.
If a Brand Partner’s membership becomes inactive, certification status may be considered inactive until membership is reinstated and any current certification requirements are satisfied. During periods of inactive certification, ordering privileges and access to partnership benefits may be suspended.
Maven Mane & Co.® reserves the right to determine reinstatement requirements based on updated standards, education, or operational needs.
Ongoing Compliance & Educational Updates
Certification carries ongoing professional responsibility. Brand Partners agree to adhere to Maven Mane & Co.® educational standards, communication guidelines, ordering protocols, and brand practices at all times.
Maven Mane & Co.® may periodically update educational materials, construction standards, timelines, customization options, or ordering procedures. Continued participation in the Brand Partner program constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of such updates without the requirement of executing a new agreement.
Stylist Responsibility & Client Education
Brand Partners acknowledge that Maven Mane & Co.® wigs are professional hair systems requiring proper client education. The Brand Partner is solely responsible for communicating accurate expectations to clients regarding construction methods, density, customization limitations, natural variation, wear expectations, production timelines, and outcomes.
Maven Mane & Co.® shall not be responsible for client dissatisfaction, disputes, or claims arising from misrepresentation, failure to educate, or deviation from disclosed standards by the Brand Partner.
Certification Suspension or Revocation
Maven Mane & Co.® reserves the right to suspend or revoke Brand Partner Certification, temporarily or permanently, at its sole discretion, for violation of this Agreement, failure to comply with certification requirements, misuse of certification status, conduct detrimental to the brand, or failure to maintain active membership.
Suspension or revocation of certification results in immediate suspension of ordering privileges and partnership benefits. Such action does not entitle the Brand Partner to refunds or compensation.
Ordering Privileges
All ordering privileges are expressly conditioned upon active Brand Partner Certification status and continued compliance with Wig University requirements and this Agreement.
Exclusivity & Representation
Exclusivity & Representation
- Brand Partners are free to use, sell, promote, and educate on other hair brands, methods, and products outside of the Maven ecosystem. Maven Mane & Co. does not restrict a Partner’s ability to run or grow their own business or brand.
- To maintain clarity in the marketplace, Partners agree not to present themselves as an employee, co-owner, or official representative of Maven Mane & Co. when promoting other brands, products, or services.
- When promoting Maven Mane & Co. products or programs, Partners must use approved brand assets and represent Maven Mane & Co. accurately and in alignment with our brand standards.
- Maven Mane & Co. does not offer referral compensation, affiliate payouts, lead ownership, or client attribution of any kind.
- Maven reserves the right to sell directly to consumers, stylists, salons, and medical professionals without obligation to compensate any Brand Partner for perceived introductions, referrals, conversations, or influence.
Retail Partner Enrollment Clause
Maven Mane & Co. (“Maven”) operates as a retail-only wholesale partner brand. Brand Partners do not earn commissions, referral fees, or performance-based payouts of any kind.
Brand Partners generate income exclusively through:
- Direct retail sales to their own clients
- In-salon services, customization, or installation
- Pricing determined and collected by the Partner
Retail Stock Privileges
Brand Partners may purchase Maven products at partner pricing for in-salon display, marketing, or resale (“Retail Stock”). Participation is optional and included within the Brand Partner Program.
Custom vs Retail Orders
Custom Orders are client-specific orders placed by the Brand Partner on behalf of their client or through approved Maven ordering channels.
Retail Stock is purchased by the Brand Partner for resale, sampling, or salon use.
Maven Mane & Co. does not offer commissions, referral attribution, or compensation of any kind related to order placement.
Fulfillment Method Acknowledgment
Brand Partner acknowledges that Maven Mane fulfills orders through either custom production or reserved inventory, at Maven Mane’s discretion based on availability, timing, and operational considerations.
Brand Partner understands that stock or reserved inventory units may differ from custom orders in color design, construction details, density, or customization options. Such differences do not constitute a defect.
Maven Mane may recommend a stock option as an alternative fulfillment method, and acceptance of any stock unit will be confirmed prior to order completion.
Production Timeline Acknowledgment
Brand Partner acknowledges that all production timelines are estimates only and may vary based on sourcing, customization specifications, production volume, and operational considerations. Maven Mane does not guarantee delivery dates for custom or stock units.
Resale & Pricing Standards
To protect brand value and market consistency:
- Retail Stock may only be resold in-salon under the Maven brand.
- Products may not be resold online or on third-party platforms.
- Partners must follow Minimum (MAP) as published in the Maven Retail Partner Guidelines.

Nature of Products & Evaluation Standards
Virgin Hair Assessment Disclaimer
Maven Mane products are professional, medical-grade hair systems constructed using colored-virgin human hair and are intentionally delivered unfinished to allow for professional cutting, coloring, styling, and customization by the Brand Partner.
Brand Partner acknowledges and agrees that:
- Virgin human hair may be affected by environmental conditions, transit, and humidity and must be professionally washed and reset prior to performance or quality assessment
- Visual representations, including photography and AI-generated imagery, are provided for reference only and may vary due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and artistic interpretation
- Variations in texture, density, movement, highlight placement, and overall appearance are normal and expected with virgin hair systems
Color Representation & Variation Disclaimer
Brand Partner acknowledges that some digital images, including photography and AI-generated representations, are provided for reference purposes only. Color appearance may vary based on screen settings, device type, lighting conditions, and individual perception.
Brand Partner acknowledges that Maven Mane works with multiple approved global hair suppliers and manufacturing partners. While color selection is guided by Maven Mane color standards and physical color rings, slight variation in final tone, depth, warmth, or saturation may occur depending on the supplier used to fulfill the order.
Hair sourced, colored, or processed by different suppliers may exhibit natural and reasonable variation, even when referencing the same color designation or physical color ring. Such variation is inherent to virgin human hair, sourcing origin, processing methods, and hand-applied coloration techniques.
Reasonable variation in finished color tone resulting from supplier differences does not constitute a defect, workmanship issue, or error and is not eligible for replacement, refund, or remake under the Workmanship Guarantee.
Highlight placement, brightness, density, blending style, or artistic interpretation performed at the factory does not constitute a workmanship defect. Variations in highlight distribution are expected and do not qualify for refund or replacement under the Workmanship Guarantee.
Maven Mane reserves the right to determine supplier assignment at its discretion and does not guarantee identical color outcomes across different production sources.
Length & Measurement Disclaimer
Brand Partner acknowledges that wig length is determined using standard industry measurement practices and is measured from the root (knot) to the tip of the longest hair strands prior to the application of curl patterns, waves, or texture.
Wigs that meet industry measurement standards are not eligible for replacement, refund, or remake based on perceived length.
All length measurements are taken prior to professional finishing. Final perceived length may vary once the unit is cut, styled, curled, or set.
Verification of length accuracy or balance can only be determined through in-person inspection of an unaltered unit by a Maven Quality Control Member. Measurements assessed after cutting, washing, styling, or modification are not eligible for workmanship evaluation.
Workmanship Evaluation Standards
All evaluations under Maven Mane’s 14-Day Workmanship Guarantee are conducted by a Maven Mane–approved quality control specialist and are based on objective construction and workmanship standards, not personal preference, stylist opinion, or client expectation.
Workmanship determinations cannot be made from photos, videos, screenshots, or verbal descriptions alone and require physical inspection where applicable.
Subjective opinions, stylist interpretation, or client preference do not constitute a workmanship defect.Maven Mane & Co. Exclusivity Rights.
All workmanship, accuracy, and construction concerns are governed exclusively by Maven Mane’s Workmanship Guarantee, Refund Policy, Escalation Protocol, and Wig University materials, as updated from time to time.
All final determinations are made solely by Maven Mane following proper review.
Membership Term & Termination
Term: Effective as of the signed date and remains in effect unless terminated.
Education Requirement & Responsibility
Completion of Wig University is required prior to placing client orders or representing oneself as a Maven Mane–trained wig specialist.
Completion is defined as marking all required Wig University lessons as complete within the Skool platform.
Brand Partners acknowledge that they are solely responsible for reviewing, understanding, and applying the education provided. Maven Mane & Co. is not responsible for errors, misapplication, or client outcomes resulting from failure to complete or follow required training.
Maven Mane & Co. reserves the right to pause orders, restrict access, or revoke Brand Partner privileges for failure to complete required education.
Education Refund Policy
All payments made to Maven Mane & Co. or The Beyond The Chair Program including but not limited to membership fees, program fees, digital products, training, or brand partner enrollment fees, are non-refundable. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to proprietary education, materials, and benefits; therefore, no refunds or cancellations will be issued for any reason.
By enrolling as a Brand Partner, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You receive immediate access to proprietary education, materials, and benefits upon payment.
- Your decision to enroll is voluntary, and lack of participation does not qualify as a basis for refund or cancellation; and
- Any attempt to dispute a charge or pursue a chargeback will be considered a breach of this Agreement and may result in legal action, collections, and termination of access.
Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement by cancelling your membership. However, there are no membership refunds. Upon termination, Partner must immediately stop using Maven Mane branding, tools, or materials.
Third-Party Platforms
Maven Mane & Co. utilizes third-party platforms including, but not limited to, Skool, Shopify, payment processors, and community tools. Maven is not responsible for platform outages, technical errors, tracking failures, payout delays, or system limitations related to third-party services.
No Expectation of Continuity
Participation as a Brand Partner does not create any expectation of continued access, pricing, referral incentives, platform features, or program structure.
Stylist Referral Program
1. Overview
Brand Partners may refer other licensed stylists to join the Beyond The Chair™ Membership Program through Maven Mane & Co.’s hosted community platform (currently Skool).
Referral participation is optional and separate from wholesale purchasing, retail sales, or any other Brand Partner activity.
Eligible referrals may qualify the Brand Partner for platform-based referral incentives administered through Skool. Referral incentives are not commissions, wages, or guaranteed compensation, and do not form the primary basis of the Brand Partner relationship.
2. Referral Eligibility & Required Method
Referral eligibility applies only when a referred stylist enrolls in the Beyond The Chair™ Membership Program using the Brand Partner’s unique Skool referral link located within the Brand Partner’s personal Skool dashboard.
Referrals will not be recognized or credited if:
- the Skool referral link is not used,
- the referral occurs outside of the Skool platform,
- the referral link is shared incorrectly or in a non-clickable format, or
- the stylist joins the program through any other path.
Verbal referrals, screenshots, social media comments, direct messages, emails, or text messages do not qualify as eligible referrals.
3. Referral Tracking & Attribution
All referral tracking, attribution, and reporting is handled solely by the Skool platform.
Maven Mane & Co. does not manually track, verify, assign, reassign, or retroactively credit stylist referrals under any circumstances.
Brand Partners acknowledge that accurate use of their Skool referral link is their sole responsibility.
4. Referral Incentives & Payout Administration
Any referral incentives or payouts earned through stylist referrals are:
- issued directly through the Brand Partner’s Skool dashboard, and
- administered exclusively by Skool, subject to Skool’s systems, terms, and payout processes.
Maven Mane & Co. is not responsible for issuing, processing, correcting, disputing, or guaranteeing referral payouts related to stylist referrals earned through the Skool platform.
Any questions, discrepancies, delays, or technical issues related to referral payouts must be addressed directly with Skool.
5. Integrity of Referral Practices
Brand Partners must represent the Beyond The Chair™ Membership Program truthfully and professionally when referring other stylists.
Misrepresentation, pressure tactics, misleading income claims, or unethical referral behavior may result in removal from the referral initiative or termination of Brand Partner status.
6. Changes to Referral Program
Maven Mane & Co. reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue participation in any referral initiative at any time, with or without notice.
Participation in the Stylist Referral Program does not create any entitlement to ongoing incentives, future payouts, or compensation of any kind.
Brand Representation
Brand Partners are free to sell or teach other brands. This Agreement does not include a non-compete.
Partners agree to represent Maven accurately and not present themselves as employees or agents of Maven.
Stylist Communication & Authority Disclaimer
Maven Brand Partners operate as independent professionals and are not authorized to speak on behalf of Maven Mane regarding refunds, replacements, or resolution outcomes.
Stylists must not validate dissatisfaction, assign fault, or characterize issues related to workmanship, quality, color, or construction prior to Maven Mane’s formal review.
Client concerns must be acknowledged professionally and neutrally and escalated through Maven Mane’s designated review process without speculation, promises, or implied outcomes.
Violations & Updates
Maven may suspend Retail Stock privileges or Partner status for actions that compromise brand reputation, pricing integrity, or client trust.
Maven may update Retail Stock pricing or program guidelines with reasonable notice. Updated terms will be published in the Partner Portal.
Maven Mane & Co. may immediately suspend or terminate Brand Partner access, privileges, or status for violations involving brand misrepresentation, unethical conduct, harassment, payment disputes, or actions that compromise client trust.
Maven Mane & Co. may pursue equitable relief, including injunctive relief, to prevent ongoing or threatened reputational harm without the necessity of posting bond.
Non-Disparagement & Reputation Protection
Brand Partners acknowledge that Maven Mane & Co.’s reputation, goodwill, and trust within the professional and client community are critical to the success of the brand, particularly during its growth and early operational phases.
Brand Partners agree that they will not, directly or indirectly, engage in any conduct that could reasonably be interpreted as disparaging, defamatory, harmful, or damaging to the reputation of Maven Mane & Co., its leadership, team members, community members, products, services, or programs.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Negative or harmful statements made to clients, prospective clients, stylists, salons, vendors, educators, or third parties
- Public or private comments made in online forums, social media, group chats, direct messages, or community platforms
- Sharing internal disputes, grievances, opinions, or unresolved concerns outside of approved Maven communication channels
- Encouraging distrust, skepticism, or avoidance of Maven Mane & Co. through rumor, implication, or personal narrative
Public Commentary
During any pending review, dispute, or escalation, Brand Partner agrees not to publish, encourage, or participate in public commentary that misrepresents Maven Mane’s policies, processes, or determinations. This does not prohibit factual statements but prohibits speculative, misleading, or inflammatory commentary that may cause reputational harm.
Good-Faith Feedback & Internal Resolution
Maven Mane & Co. encourages constructive feedback and good-faith communication.
Brand Partners agree that any concerns, complaints, or disputes related to Maven Mane & Co. must be raised privately and directly with Maven leadership or through designated internal support channels before being shared externally.
Good-faith feedback raised internally will not be considered disparagement.
Enforcement & Remedies
Maven Mane & Co. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take immediate action in response to conduct that violates this section, including but not limited to:
- Immediate suspension or termination of Brand Partner status
- Removal from community platforms, education programs, or referral initiatives
- Revocation of wholesale, retail, or referral privileges
- Legal or equitable remedies where applicable
Brand Partners acknowledge that reputational harm may cause irreparable damage to Maven Mane & Co., and that monetary damages alone may be insufficient to remedy such harm.
Survival of Obligation
The obligations contained in this section survive termination of this Agreement.
Licensing & Service Requirements
Licensed professionals may offer in-person services (wig installation, customization, styling) under the Maven Mane brand.
Members without state licensure may sell products but may not perform physical services.
Members are solely responsible for compliance with all state and local regulations regarding beauty or medical services.
Insurance & MavenCare Plan
Professional Liability Insurance: Requirement for licensed stylists performing services.
MavenCare Plan (Optional): A product replacement program offered by Maven Mane.
Members with liability insurance may choose to opt out of MavenCare, but Maven Mane is not liable for product replacement unless the Member opts into MavenCare.
MavenCare is not an insurance policy; it covers Maven Mane products only.
Intellectual Property
Trademarks and Intellectual Property
“Maven Mane,” “Maven Mane & Co.,” associated logos, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, and brand assets are proprietary to the Company and are protected under applicable trademark and intellectual property laws.
Nothing in this Agreement grants the Brand Partner any ownership interest in the Company’s intellectual property. Limited, revocable permission to use approved brand assets is granted solely for the purpose of promoting Maven Mane products in accordance with Company guidelines. All trademarks, logos, product images, and marketing assets are the exclusive property of Maven Mane & Co.
Members may use these assets only as authorized by the Company.
Alteration, misrepresentation, or unapproved customization of materials is prohibited.
Confidentiality & Non-Solicitation
Members agree to maintain the confidentiality of Company information.
For 12 months post-termination, Members will not solicit Maven Mane employees, customers, or partners to competing businesses (including MLMs or wig/hair companies).
Compliance & Ethics
Members agree to:
- Abide by all applicable laws and regulations.
- Avoid deceptive practices, spam marketing, or harassment.
- Promptly report concerns or misconduct to Company leadership.
Brand Partner agrees that failure to comply with Maven Mane’s Refund Policy, 14-Day Workmanship Guarantee, and required escalation and review process, including all stylist communication standards related to refunds, replacements, and outcomes, shall constitute a breach of this Agreement and may result in corrective action, suspension, or termination of Brand Partner privileges.
Limitation of Liability
Maven Mane makes no guarantees of income or performance.
The company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maven Mane from any claims related to their independent activities.
Maven Mane & Co. shall not be liable for platform outages, third-party system failures, payment processor delays, or referral tracking errors.
Media Release
By checking “I Agree” on the Stylist Intake Google Form,, Member grants Maven Mane permission to use their name, likeness, and content (photos, videos, testimonials) for marketing and promotional purposes unless revoked in writing.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
Dispute Resolution & Mandatory Mediation
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement, Maven Mane products, policies, or participation in the Brand Partner Program, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith mediation before initiating any legal action.
Mediation shall be conducted by a mutually agreed-upon mediator located in the State of Colorado or conducted virtually, and shall occur within thirty (60) days of written notice of the dispute unless otherwise agreed.
Venue and Jurisdiction
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement that is not resolved through mediation shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Colorado, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Each party shall bear its own costs associated with mediation, except that mediator fees shall be shared equally unless otherwise agreed.

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to this Agreement must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arises, or such claim is permanently barred.Limitation of Claims

Class Action Waiver
Brand Partner agrees that any dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Faith Ventures, LLC, doing business as Maven Mane & Co., and the Brand Partner with respect to participation in the Maven Mane Brand Partner Program, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings.
This Agreement, together with all policies, guidelines, and materials incorporated by reference, may be updated, modified, or amended by Maven Mane from time to time in its sole discretion. Brand Partner acknowledges and agrees that continued participation in the program following any such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
