Order Cancellation Policy

Maven Mane & Co. specializes in custom, made-to-order medical-grade hair systems.

Orders may be canceled within 3 days of placing an order and before production has begun. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Production begins once order details are confirmed and materials are allocated.

Because each unit is custom created, cancellations are not permitted after production has started, regardless of delivery timeline or personal circumstances.

Any cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to Maven Mane’s review and confirmation of production status.

This policy applies to all custom, pre-order, and made-to-order purchases.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation policy.
