BRAND PARTNER MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
Purpose
Maven Mane & Co. is a premium hair company specializing in wigs and related accessories. The Company engages Brand Partners (“Members”) to promote, market, and sell its products under a membership and referral model.
For purposes of this Agreement, “Maven Mane & Co.”, “Maven Mane,” and “Maven” are used interchangeably and collectively refer to the same company. All terms, obligations, policies, and references to the Company apply equally to Maven Mane & Co. regardless of which name variation is used throughout this Agreement.

We believe stylists deserve scalable income, creative autonomy, and a seat at the table in the booming luxury wig industry. Beyond The Chair™ exists to help you rise financially, creatively, and professionally.
About Maven Mane & Co.
Maven Mane & Co. is a luxury hair company offering premium wigs, extensions, toppers, etc. to stylists and clients across the US. As a Brand Partner, you won’t just install wigs or refer products, you’ll change lives. We serve clients navigating hair loss, medical trauma, or radical reinvention, and we partner with stylists ready to step beyond the chair into purpose-driven leadership.

Maven Mane & Co. helps stylists multiply their salon chair revenue in 90 days or less by providing:
- No inventory required.
- White-glove order support.
- Access to premium, globally sourced hair.

What We’re Looking For
We seek Brand Partners who:
- Are licensed stylists, beauty professionals, or passionate entrepreneurs aligned with our mission.
- Are coachable, driven, and committed to restoring confidence through expert hair solutions.
- Are ready to expand offerings, grow income, and elevate their brand or salon through meaningful partnership.
The Ideal Member
- Holds a valid cosmetology or esthetics license (if offering in-salon services).
- Known for professionalism, consistency, and client care.
- Eager to expand into the luxury wig and hair loss space.
- Values education, mentorship, and client transformation.
- Maintains integrity in communication, deadlines, and representation.
- Has (or is building) a strong personal brand and loyal client base.
Membership Relationship
Position: Maven Mane & Co. Brand Partner Agreement (Beyond The Chair™ Membership Program)
Location: Remote + In-Salon Implementation
Commitment: Part-Time | Commission-Based | Impact-Driven
The Beyond The Chair™ Program is the official stylist membership program directly affiliated with Maven Mane & Co. and is hosted through the Skool platform, which serves as the home base for all program materials, trainings, calls, and community support.
Brand Partner is an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or franchisee of Maven Mane & Co.
Brand Partners are responsible for their own business activities, taxes, licenses, and obligations.
This Agreement does not create an employment, franchise, or agency relationship.
Membership Term & Termination
Term: Effective as of the signed date and remains in effect unless terminated.
Refund Policy
All payments made to Maven Mane & Co. or The Beyond The Chair Program including but not limited to membership fees, program fees, digital products, training, or brand partner enrollment fees, are non-refundable. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to proprietary education, materials, and benefits; therefore, no refunds or cancellations will be issued for any reason.
By enrolling as a Brand Partner, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You receive immediate access to proprietary education, materials, and benefits upon payment.
- Your decision to enroll is voluntary, and lack of participation does not qualify as a basis for refund or cancellation; and
- Any attempt to dispute a charge or pursue a chargeback will be considered a breach of this Agreement and may result in legal action, collections, and termination of access.
Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement by cancelling your membership. However, there are no membership refunds. Upon termination, Partner must immediately stop using Maven Mane branding, tools, or materials.
Stylist Referral Program
1. Overview
Brand Partners may refer other licensed stylists to join the Beyond The Chair™ Membership Program. Referrals are optional but encouraged, and may qualify the Brand Partner for referral-based earnings, bonuses, or program incentives offered by Maven Mane & Co. (“Maven”).
2. Proper Referral Method Required
To receive credit for a referral, the Brand Partner must share their unique referral link generated inside their affiliate dashboard.
- Verbal referrals, screenshots, comments on social media posts, DMs, or text messages do not count as tracked referrals.
- Maven does not manually credit referrals that are not tracked through the required link.
3. No Manual Adjustments
Maven Mane & Co. will not retroactively adjust, assign, or reassign referrals if:
- the stylist did not use the Brand Partner’s link,
- the link was shared incorrectly,
- the link was posted in a non-clickable format (e.g., Instagram comments),
- the referred stylist joined through a different path, or
- attribution was lost due to user error.
Brand Partner acknowledges and agrees that referral accuracy is their responsibility.
4. Integrity of Referral Practices
Brand Partner must represent the program truthfully and professionally when referring other stylists. Misrepresentation, pressuring stylists, or misleading claims is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the program.
5. Changes to Referral Program
Maven reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the stylist referral program or its related incentives at any time, with or without notice.
Brand Partner Duties
Members agree to:
- Market and promote Maven Mane & Co. products with honesty and integrity.
- Follow Company guidelines regarding pricing, promotions, and messaging.
- Avoid false or misleading claims about products or earnings potential.
- Use only approved marketing materials.
- Represent Maven Mane & Co. with professionalism online and offline.
- Uphold Maven Mane & Co. brand values, tone, and mission.
Exclusivity & Representation
Exclusivity & Representation
- Brand Partners are free to use, sell, promote, and educate on other hair brands, methods, and products outside of the Maven ecosystem. Maven Mane & Co. does not restrict a Partner’s ability to run or grow their own business or brand.
- To maintain clarity in the marketplace, Partners agree not to present themselves as an employee, co-owner, or official representative of Maven Mane & Co. when promoting other brands, products, or services.
- When promoting Maven Mane & Co. products or programs, Partners must use approved brand assets and represent Maven Mane & Co. accurately and in alignment with our brand standards.
Affiliate Participation
Maven Mane & Co. (“Maven”) operates an Affiliate Program designed to reward approved Brand Partners (“Affiliates”) for referring clients and customers to Maven’s official website and product offerings. Participation in the Affiliate Program is automatic upon acceptance of this Agreement and completion of account setup through Maven’s designated affiliate platform (currently UpPromote, or any future system determined by Maven).
Commission & Payment Terms
- Affiliates are eligible to earn commissions on qualifying sales made through their unique referral links.
- Commissions are calculated based on the total product subtotal (excluding taxes, discounts, or shipping) and paid according to Maven’s current payout schedule.
- Commission rates, bonuses, and payout timelines are subject to change at Maven’s discretion with written or electronic notice.
- Commissions are forfeited on canceled, refunded, or fraudulent orders.
- Affiliates must remain in good standing and comply with brand standards to maintain payout eligibility.
Retail Partner Enrollment Clause
Retail Stock Privileges
Brand Partners may purchase Maven products at partner pricing for in-salon display, marketing, or resale (“Retail Stock”). Participation is optional and included within the Brand Partner Program.
Earning Pathways
Brand Partners may earn through:
- Custom Orders placed through their affiliate link (commission paid).
- In-Salon Retail Stock Sales (profit earned on markup).
Commission is not paid on Retail Stock orders.
Custom vs Retail Orders
- Custom Orders are client-specific and placed through the Partner’s affiliate link.
- Retail Stock is purchased for resale, sampling, or salon use.
- Self-commissioning is prohibited. Commission cannot be earned on orders placed for the Partner, their household, or salon. Maven may reverse commissions if misused.
Resale & Pricing Standards
To protect brand value and market consistency:
- Retail Stock may only be resold in-salon under the Maven brand.
- Products may not be resold online or on third-party platforms.
- Partners must follow Minimum and Maximum Advertised Retail Pricing (MARP/MAP) as published in the Maven Retail Partner Guidelines.
The full Retail Stock standards, pricing requirements, and resale policies are detailed in the Maven Retail Partner Guidelines, which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
Brand Representation
Brand Partners are free to sell or teach other brands. This Agreement does not include a non-compete.
Partners agree to represent Maven accurately and not present themselves as employees or agents of Maven.
Violations & Updates
Maven may suspend Retail Stock privileges or Partner status for actions that compromise brand reputation, pricing integrity, or client trust.
Maven may update Retail Stock pricing or program guidelines with reasonable notice. Updated terms will be published in the Partner Portal.
Licensing & Service Requirements
Licensed professionals may offer in-person services (wig installation, customization, styling) under the Maven Mane brand.
Members without state licensure may sell products but may not perform physical services.
Members are solely responsible for compliance with all state and local regulations regarding beauty or medical services.
Insurance & MavenCare Plan
Professional Liability Insurance: Requirement for licensed stylists performing services.
MavenCare Plan (Optional): A product replacement program offered by Maven Mane.
Members with liability insurance may choose to opt out of MavenCare, but Maven Mane is not liable for product replacement unless the Member opts into MavenCare.
MavenCare is not an insurance policy; it covers Maven Mane products only.
Compensation & Commission
Members can commissions on product sales through the Affiliate Portal.
Members earn commissions on Skool Community memberships (applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions)
Exclusions: Warranties, MavenCare Plans, Shipping & Tax
Payout Terms:
Commissions become payable once orders are fulfilled and outside the refund window (may take up to 60 days).
Orders canceled or refunded void related commissions.
The Company reserves the right to adjust or withhold commissions for policy violations or unresolved customer issues.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, product images, and marketing assets are the exclusive property of Maven Mane & Co.
Members may use these assets only as authorized by the Company.
Alteration, misrepresentation, or unapproved customization of materials is prohibited.
Confidentiality & Non-Solicitation
Members agree to maintain the confidentiality of Company information.
For 12 months post-termination, Members will not solicit Maven Mane employees, customers, or partners to competing businesses (including MLMs or wig/hair companies).
Compliance & Ethics
Members agree to:
- Abide by all applicable laws and regulations.
- Avoid deceptive practices, spam marketing, or harassment.
- Promptly report concerns or misconduct to Company leadership.
Limitation of Liability
Maven Mane makes no guarantees of income or performance.
The company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maven Mane from any claims related to their independent activities.
Media Release
By checking “I Agree” on the Stylist Intake Google Form,, Member grants Maven Mane permission to use their name, likeness, and content (photos, videos, testimonials) for marketing and promotional purposes unless revoked in writing.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the full understanding between Maven Mane & Co. and the Brand Partner. Changes must be in writing and signed by both parties.
