Orders & Payments

  • Full payment is required at checkout.

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders are locked into production and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • Shipping timelines vary depending on carrier and destination.

  • Maven Mane is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external events beyond our control.

Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the workmanship of our products. If your order arrives with an error on our part, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery for resolution. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

INSURANCE CLAIMS POLICY: Claims support is available only for Maven purchases. Because most insurance providers require proof of purchase, a verified Maven order must be completed before our team can assist with your claim.
