Each strand is individually knotted to mimic natural hair growth, with strategic density throughout to prevent bulk and maintain flow. The transparent lace front creates an undetectable hairline that can be customized with baby hairs, bleaching, or light plucking for a seamless melt into the skin. The cap itself is lightweight and breathable—ideal for long wear—yet reinforced with adjustable straps, soft ear tabs, and optional combs for added security without adhesives. Shipping: All Maven Mane wigs are made to order and ship within 4–6 weeks unless otherwise stated on the product page. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We currently ship within the U.S. and select international locations.

Standard Processing Time: All pre-orders are subject to a 4–6 week processing window unless otherwise stated. This includes sourcing, construction, quality control, and packaging.

Delays: If any delay occurs (e.g., due to global shipping constraints or supplier delays), you will be notified promptly with an updated timeline.

Returns: Due to the custom nature of our wigs, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 3 business days after delivery so we can make it right.

Order Adjustments: We cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed. If you need to adjust a color, cap size, or customization request, please contact us within 48 hours of your purchase at productions@mavenmane.com.

Length Guide:

Wig length is measured from the crown (top of the head) to the ends when the hair is pulled straight. Curly or wavy textures may appear slightly shorter when worn.

To keep your Maven Mane wig looking fresh, soft, and beautiful for the long haul, proper care is essential.

Washing:

• Wash every 6–8 wears or when product buildup is noticeable.
• Use sulfate-free shampoo and hydrating conditioner.
• Gently comb through before washing. Rinse with lukewarm water.
• Let air dry on a wig stand to preserve shape and softness.

Styling:

• Our wigs are made from 100% premium virgin hair and can be heat styled.
• Always use a heat protectant and avoid excessive heat.
• For curls or waves, use rollers or a wand at low to medium heat.

Storing:

• Store on a mannequin head or in your Maven Mane dust bag between wears.
• Keep out of direct sunlight and away from moisture.
